This Felix is smaller than most other felixes, and has a voice perfectly tuned to annoy the living daylights out of anything that hears it. It is extremely well camouflaged, and spends most of its time whispering frustrating comments to passers by from thick undergrowth on the side of paths, until so many veins pop in anger on their forehead that they die of blood loss. The Felix then feasts on the unfortunate victim's body. They cannot actually speak but mimic speech.
