The Statute Of Thomas With Peas is a declaration signed in 1847, decreeing that Thomas must never be "with peas". As no one is entirely sure what being "with peas" entails, enforcement of the declaration has always been an issue, though the INFPD does have a special task-force dedicated to ensuring continuation of enforcement of the declaration.

This statute has caused a sudden lack of peas, for any person named Thomas.
