This is the most dangerous of all the Felix family. It has small claws instead of nails and its canines protrude 3cm from its mouth. It hunts anything smaller than itself, but will attack anything that crosses its path. It is highly territorial, and each Felix defends a territory of up to 3 acres. They are often captured and made to fight each other for sport, though this cruel practice was recently made illegal. They hunt by waiting in trees that hang over common pathways for prey then pouncing down onto their prey and sinking their fangs into its throat.
